Horrible today: Geyser eruptions in Yellowstone continue, sending 500 meters of water into the sky

Since late May 2023, thermal and geyser activity has generally increased at Geyser Hill , near the famous Old Faithful geyser in Yellowstone National Park. Activity recently started on May 24, 2023. It was then that observers at Geyser Hill in Yellowstone’s Upper Geyser Basin, near Old Faithful, witnessing something that hasn’t been seen for two years:
